The Chapelle Saint-Jacques contemporary art centre in Saint-Gaudens, in Haute Garonne, offers a programme which is constantly questioning the visual arts with regard to architecture. Lionel Redon’s works summon at once sculpture and drawing, architecture and urban planning. So the exhibition Ici est ailleurs [Here is Elsewhere] is constructed with many different autonomous modules, dwelling units propelling the spectator towards improbable housing projects.
