Oïkos, a work commissioned by the local Council of Côtes d’Armor for the new college in Plouagat, sensitively rises to the challenge of the demand for an in-situ installation
within an architectural project with a specific use, namely to accommodate an educational community in an eco-building comprising high standard ‘spaciousness’. The four photographs making up Oïkos, inscribed at strategic places within the life of the college, demonstrate the encounter, both poetic and tinged with the imaginary, between human action and landscape, revealing a domain, an existential geography.
